"Explorers. Daring challenges. Original visions" is the theme of the sixth edition of FoodExp, the international food and wine and hotel hospitality forum that for two days animates the historic spaces of the Dominican Cloister. Talks, theatre, wine tasting, tasting counters, memorable lunches and exclusive dinners will merge with food and wine culture and management, but also with training, conviviality and entertainment. Acknowledged and promoted by the Apulia Region, the Municipality of Lecce, and numerous public and private entities, the event gathers more than 100 guests including chefs, maître, restaurant managers, bartenders, public administrators, journalists and communicators, young talents under 30, teachers and students from Apulia's hotel institutes.

Among them the ambassador of Italian cuisine in the world Davide Oldani, the two protagonists of the memorable lunches Himanshu Saini and Jessica Rosval, the chefs Yoji Tokuyoshi, Davide Di Fabio, Paolo Griffa, Michele Lazzarini, Errico Recanati, Franco Pepe, Diego Rossi, the sommeliers Giulia Caffiero and Mattia Spedicato of Geranium (three Michelin stars), Lukas Gerges, restaurant manager and wine director of St. Hubertus (three Michelin stars), the chef and bartender of the restaurant "Lazzarini", and the chef of the "St. Germain". Hubertus (three Michelin stars) and then many star guests from Puglia, an integral part of the 'Secret Sense' project. There is no shortage of Italian food and wine journalists such as Gioacchino Bonsignore, Paolo Marchi, Enzo Vizzari, Federico Lorefice, Fiammetta Fadda and many other partners of the event.
