Tempora Contempora/ Vanzi, Solari, Frigerio

It all happens in one night, in the same room. A woman seeks confirmation of love from her partner, but he fails to show it. So in that night, the two berate each other, fight, break up, reunite, tear each other apart and tenderize, amid words and actions that sometimes contradict each other. On stage at the Convitto Palmieri, in a national premiere, Alessandra Vanzi and Marco Solari, in collaboration with Gustavo Frigerio, tell the story of "desiring bodies" in "Oh Sorry You Were Sleeping," a play based on the play by Jane Birkin, a British actress and singer naturalized French, an unforgettable style icon who recently passed away. The show is part of Tempora/Contempora, a review on body language in the performing arts, curated by the Accademia Mediterranea dell'Attore and the Lecce biblio-museum pole.
