Tempora Contempora#3/ Andrea prima mia parola (Andrea my first word)

The third edition of "Tempora Contempora", the international focus on body language in the performing arts conceived and organised by Accademia Mediterranea dell'Attore, Polo Bibliomuseale di Lecce, Museo Sigismondo Castromediano, in partnership with Regione Puglia, Ministero della Cultura, Fondazione Nuovi Mecenati, Institut Française di Roma, Eu Japan Fest and Lecceinscena, under the artistic direction of Franco Ungaro, has come to an end. The last show on the programme is an AMA-Accademia Mediterranea dell'Attore production and won the Polline Fest 2022 award: "Andrea prima mia parola", by and with actor Lorenzo Paladini, reconstructs the inner and relational world of a 27-year-old autistic boy, Andrea, who takes refuge in the books and words of his favourite authors, without certainties and points of reference, with cumbersome memories. Melodies and poems follow one another without ever stopping, fear and uncertainty dominate his life, until he tries to read himself. His never investigated condition leads him to explore his depths with the resulting conflicts. Assistant director Francesca Foscarini.
