S.e.m.i./ Mediterranean, roots and hopes

By planting S.e.m.i., sooner or later something will take root. The acronym of the prestigious international event, promoted by the Cultura Italiae association, is not chosen at random. Stories of excellence, merit and innovation' are the ones told in various locations in Lecce during a long weekend (from Friday 6 to Sunday 8) together with illustrious names from the world of knowledge, business, politics and society, who will dialogue around the claim 'Mediterranean, roots and hopes'.

It starts with the inaugural ceremony in the Rectorate halls in Piazzetta Tancredi and the awarding of the title Presidio Culturale Italiano and the Tree of Culture to the city. It will continue at 10 p.m. with "Lampi di Luce", a nocturnal visit to the Lecce Baroque.
