S.e.m.i./ Edoardo Winspeare

A meeting point between civilisations since antiquity, today at the centre of conflicts, wars, migrations, human tragedies that have also generated expectations that have gone unfulfilled, such as the 'Arab Spring'. The Mediterranean is a 'pivotal reality' for many populations, a symbolic space from which to build proposals, consolidate ties, nurture dialogue but also research, studies, knowledge. All this is the theme of the dialogue between director and author Edoardo Winspeare and journalist, essayist and film critic Oscar Larussi entitled "Homage to Apulia - Gateway to the Mediterranean". The meeting scheduled for S.e.m.i., Stories of Excellence Merit and Innovation, an international event promoted by the Cultura Italiae association, is held in the hall of Palazzo Turrisi.
