Qui se mai verrai/ Declaro

"Do only what enchants you". The famous verse by Antonio Verri fills the garden of the former Sant'Anna Conservatory, where the centuries-old magnolia tree stands imposingly. The last event of "Qui se mai verrai... Il Salento dei poeti", a cycle of meetings dedicated to contemporary poetic research in Salento and Apulia organised by the Verri Fund, is dedicated to the unforgettable writer, poet and cultural operator, a point of reference for a generation of artists. The poems, prose, militant commitment, the many magazines and publishing initiatives conceived and directed in the latter part of the 20th century bear witness to a coincidence of life with Antonio Verri's writing. Keeping his memory alive and spreading his value is the Kurumuny publishing house with "Declaro", a series that aims to make Verri's work known but also to continue to explore a heritage yet to be discovered. Embellishing the evening is the concert-recital by the Ensemble Fondo Verri.
