Kids/ Light Souls

From the tormented Ukraine comes the multi-award-winning Dekru Quartet on stage at the Apollo Theatre with "Anime leggere", a show written and directed by Liubov Cherepakhina featuring Mykyta Cherepakhin, Viktor Chuksin, Nataliia Neshva, Bohdan Svarnyk, four mimes who have entertained and moved spectators from all over the world. They take the stage dressed in black and wearing white make-up, enter an empty stage that they fill with the sole poetic power of their bodies. Sequences taken from everyday life, between funny situations and dreamlike love stories between living statues, but also evocative portraits of nature, the show is a laughter-filled journey into the comedy of life, between poetry and social satire, irony and delicacy.
