Kids/ Fantastic exercises

Gianni Rodari believed in the existence of the fantastic as opposed to the logical. It is precisely from this idea of his that the Aretine company Sosta Palmizi's 'Esercizi di fantastica', staged at the Teatro Paisiello for Kids, a theatre and arts festival for the new generations, is inspired. The show, devised by Giorgio Rossi, uses the language of dance and movement to tell of the power of imagination capable of transforming people and things into something unexpected and extraordinary. Thus, in a dark and grey house, where three characters wander around bored and sucked in by the screen of a technological medium, all they have to do is lay their eyes on a butterfly to turn the house into a theatre where bodies and minds are set free in imagination. The festival is conceived and organised by Factory Compagnia Transadriatica and Principio attivo teatro.
