Excellent craftsmanship

The market exhibition of the author's artefact "Craftsmanship of excellence" returns to the heart of the city, in the spaces of the former church of San Francesco della Scarpa. The event, in its eleventh edition, showcases the works of different names in international craftsmanship in a variety of precious and original styles, materials and processes. From bijoux to upholstery, from crafts to home furnishings, the best of Italian production is reviewed. Born from an idea of ​​Maria Lucia Seracca Guerrieri Portaluri, the initiative has always had a solidarity declination: the Neapolitan artist Roberto Alicudi is giving away one of his works in support of the activities of the Sylva Foundation which deals with the recovery and reforestation of degraded areas of Salento, as well as part of the proceeds this year is donated to the Itaca Project, to support people with mental health disorders and their families.

The exhibition can be visited: Friday 20 from 18.30 to 21; Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 from 10 to 21.
