Conversations on the future/ Salento wines tasting - Plants on the rocks

An afternoon of taste at the Convitto Palmieri, which, for the tenth edition of Conversazioni sul futuro, an event organised by Diffondiamo idee di valore, with the coordination of Gabriella Morelli, is hosting "Salento wines tasting", a tasting of wines with the protected designations of origin "Primitivo di Manduria", "Salice Salentino" and "Brindisi", paired with small gastronomic samples. The event, in Cloister 500 at 6.30 pm, is organised by the economic, social and environmental regeneration programme Radici virtuose, promoted by the Salento Ionian Quality Agrifood District and financed by Mipaaf, in collaboration with Gambero Rosso International and Gambero Rosso Academy Lecce. At 8.30 pm, in the Restaurant Hall, again in collaboration with Gambero Rosso Academy Lecce and Mezzo Spirito Lecce, there will be a discussion on 'Plants on the rocks: stories, cocktails and mixed tastes' with Renato Bruni, scientific director of the University of Parma Botanical Garden, and Tommy Colonna, bartender and owner of Gran Caffè Gambrinus in Gravina in Puglia). Moderator: Maria Chiara Minoia (Slow Food Neretum).
