
Conversations on the future/ Men and women of mafia bombs

Acceptance of one's body, emotional education, body embarrassment, guilt, emotional experience. In the cloister of the Church of the Augustinians one "dances" among these themes with "Taboo", the workshop from 10.30 to 12 a.m. dedicated to children between 8 and 11 years of age led by dance teachers Francesca Nuzzo and Annamaria De Filippi, reserved for a maximum of 15 people: booking required on www.bibliotecaognibene.it/attivita/laboratori. The event is part of the "Educare" section of the Conversazioni sul futuro festival, an exhibition that tells the story of contemporaneity, organised by Diffondiamo idee di valore under the coordination of Gabriella Morelli.
The last day in the Church of the Augustinians, one of the city venues hosting the events in the rich programme, continues at 5.30 p.m. with a meeting on "Violence against women:Starting from data and experiences to eradicate it', attended by the president of the Apulian regional council Loredana Capone;Marta Cigna, lawyer (Differenza Donna association); Chiara De Gaetano, Lecce Women's House activist; Valentina Mira, writer. Moderator: Tina Marinari, Amnesty International Itali campaigns coordinator.
The second part of the long afternoon is devoted to two books about the Mafia: at 6.45 p.m. journalist Paolo Borrometi presents 'Siate rompiscatole. The story of Father Pino Puglisi raccontata ai ragazzi e alle ragazze" (Mondadori), accompanied by the director Alessandro Valenti and the journalist Fabiana Pacella, while at 8 p.m. the journalist Lirio Abbate will dialogue with the president of the Court of Lecce Roberto Tanisi and the journalist Valentina Murrieri on his book "Stragisti. Da Giuseppe Graviano a Matteo Messina Denaro. Uomini e donne delle bombe di mafia' (Rizzoli).
