Voices in the wind

Almost thirty years after Iben Nagel Rasmussen's first encounter with international theatre, Koreja continues its artistic journey as an ongoing exchange of experiences. As part of the project "I fatti di Giugno", in which research and pedagogy are intertwined with films, performances, exhibitions and exceptional encounters, the concert performance "Voci nel vento" (Voices in the wind) is set like a precious stone. A journey into the folklore of countries belonging to no less than 4 continents, a melting pot of cultures and artistic traditions, songs and dances, such as the famous 'dance of the wind'. A harmony of music and rhythms with an international flavour in praise of life, a repertoire built up over more than 20 years through the contribution of each member of the international group of artists 'The Bridge of Winds', created by Iben Nagel Rasmussen in 1989. The famous Danish theatre actress, the most representative of Eugenio Barba's legendary Odin Teatret, leads this pedagogical and artistic creativity project with actors, dancers and singers from Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa, who share their physical training and artistic experience, creating a composite and colourful scenic dimension.
