UNicA/ Planting words

The first historic season of Nasca Teatri di Terra opens. The project title 'UNicA a new contact' encompasses all activities, from training to performances. The aim is to get to know the neighbourhood again, resuming a contact, also and above all physical, that the times and circumstances of the pandemic have made difficult. It is therefore the presentation party for the space, workshops and events, as well as the opening of the membership campaign. The programme includes at 7 p.m. a symbolic and auspicious gesture such as the planting, in the garden in front of the theatre, of an oak tree donated by agronomist Antonio Orlando. From 8 to 9 p.m., the audience will remain outside for a Barbonaggio session with Ippolito Chiarello, Barbara Toma, Mariliana Bergamo, Simona Cleopazzo, Alberto Orlando, Luana Locorotondo, Luigi Pontrelli and Angela Elia. From 9 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. we enter the theatre for the presentation of the programme, in the presence of all the 'actors' of the various activities. From 9.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. 'Slam Poetry' is on stage with Cristina Carlà, Gionata Atzori and Francesco Palmieri, while calligrapher Marta Lagna paints live Franco Lorenzoni's maxim 'To educate to freedom one must stumble over creativity'.
