Un teatro perBene/ Salomé

"We maintain our common commitment to make the figure of this Salentine genius, who with Salome radically challenged the canons of representation, both theatrical and cinematographic, better known and more and more appreciated". With these words continue the appointments of the fourth edition of “Un teatro perBene”, a project by the Accademia Mediterranea dell'Attore, the Lecce biblio-museum pole with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Factory Transadriatica company. A project that stops in Campi Salentina and Otranto, but crosses the sea for three appointments in Tirana, and flies across Europe landing in Krakow. Starting, of course, from Lecce, where the Carmelo Bene Archive at the Convitto Palmieri will host the talk "Only God's love exists: Carmelo Bene's Salome beyond Oscar Wilde's aestheticism", conducted by literary critic Filippo Laporta.
Free entrance.
