Theater of Places/ Alexander

The life, works and exploits of Alessandro Leogrande, an intellectual, writer and keen observer of the world who died too soon, are staged by Gianluigi Gherzi and Fabrizio Saccomanno, who also directs and takes the stage in the cloister of the Rector's Office for Koreja's "Theatre of Places." The show, which is part of the review's "the country and memory" section, is the tale of a young man who chooses to keep his eyes wide open to the reality around him, dismantling stereotypes and traveling through migrant ghettos, between borders and walls. A pulsating theater, also of voices and songs, in which memory, present and utopia never bear to be separated. On stage with Fabrizio Saccomanno, Barbara Petti, Emanuela Pisicchio, Maria Rosaria Ponzetta, Andjelka Vulic.
