Teatro in Tasca/ The Panda House

The TPO company takes young spectators by the hand (the recommended age for this show is 4 and up) and takes them on a 55' long journey through time and space. In dance step, one follows a Panda into his 'home', a forest as big as the whole of China. On this imaginary journey, one delves into the stories, traditions and culture of the largest country in the East. One encounters bamboo forests, monsters, fireworks, kites. One realises how in Chinese thought the elements of nature are related to each other, according to a circular pattern. It is the theory of the 'Five Elements' (Wu Xing), where each of them transforms and generates the next: wood-fire-earth-metal-water. Precisely the "Five Elements" are the track followed by the two dancers on stage to involve the children, enveloped by images and sounds in colourful, interactive environments and protagonists of fun group games together with the actors, for this unique and immersive travel experience.
