On stage there is "Cumpanaggiu - il pane e il resto", a show by Salvatore Tramacere, written together with Paolo Pagliani, which, between art and anthropology, social and gastro-cultural reflection, returns to the painful story of the olive trees in Salento, a postcard landscape that becomes a scene of desolation.
