Strade Maestre/ Speak, Clytemnestra!

Lea Barletti from Salento and Werner Waas from Bavaria offer Koreja a discourse on the world, a discourse that creates a world. That between two people discussing, between actors and spectators, between one actor and another actor, between text and action, between word and presence, between gesture and music and all the other possible combinations that make a live performance alive. 'Speak, Clytemnestra! An eternal tragedy, in verse" is the representation of a different Clytemnestra, an alternative to Agamemnon's faithless and murderous wife, later the victim of matricide by her son Orestes, who intends to avenge his father's death. Confined in a role, in a name, in a character, Clytemnestra seeks her own story, another possible self as part of society. Her antagonist Agamemnon is also trapped in a role, in a name, in a character. Until they both finally shed the masks represented by their names, no dialogue is possible.
