Strade Maestre/ Monologue of the good mother

Lea Barletti from Salento and Werner Waas from Bavaria conduct a discourse about the world, a discourse that creates a world. That between two people discussing, between actors and spectators, between one actor and another actor, between text and action, between word and presence, between gesture and music and all the other possible combinations that make a live performance alive. "Monologue of the Good Mother" is the story of a woman's body to body with herself: with her own body, with her conscience, with her role as a mother, with her self-image, with her models, with her expectations, with her inadequacy, with her fallibility, with her creativity. Next comes Ashes to Ashes. The earth is in flames, thousands of hectares of forest turn to ashes. Together with the trees, memory, the past, imagination and hope - the future - burn. With the outer horizon it is the inner one that is on fire, and in the desperate search amidst the smoke of a landscape that has become deserted, past and future become confused and lost.
