Strade Maestre / Dinner with Dante

Theatre as maieutics, as the creation of a mature conscience, where hopes can be reborn and built, where individuals can gain concrete experience. Strade maestre, the season of Teatro Koreja, is conceived as a journey to be undertaken together, a voluntary act of love, repopulating the world with wise beauty. Together, because only in this way will 'give new songs to this love'. As part of the week dedicated to Dante, Koreja hosts Federico Valicenti, who likes to define himself as a "cibosofo" for his idea of cuisine made of art, history and culture. The Lucanian chef proposes a special dinner, a menu designed for the 700th anniversary of the death of the supreme poet, based on Dante's poem "The Flower". The spectator lives and travels a gastronomic itinerary, combining memory and present, taste and surprise. Anthropologist Vito Teti accompanies the dinner in the frame of Restanza thought, where the idea of staying in a place means preserving it, regenerating it completely.
