Ode to the seven deadly sins

Pride, gluttony, envy, avarice, wrath, sloth, lust. "Ode to the seven deadly sins" interpreted respectively by Emanuella Lomanzo, Antonio Porcaro, Isa Gigante, Clementina Guarna, Alberto Tarantini, Adele Pulice and Franco Leccese in the show staged at the Paisiello theatre. On stage, Vices are joined by Virtue (Luciana De Palma), Virtue 2 (Giovanna Trisciuzzi), Vice (Federico Lotito) and the Snake (Angela Botta). The work, born from the pen of writer Rosalba Fantastico of Kastron during the lockdown period, a particularly difficult time for the life of the theatre, is an unprecedented format with which the author, who also directs, represented the value and necessity of art, also from a moral point of view. Thus 10 monologues come to life, 7 referring to the deadly sins, during which the ethical and spiritual dimension of art emerges amid humour, paradoxes, biblical quotations and tango steps.
