Life is Maybe Like This

It succeeds in the 'feat of putting poetry "on stage" the show "Life is Maybe Like This," curated by AMA, Accademia Mediterranea dell'Attore. On stage under the stars of the Convento dei Teatini, Veronica Mele, Lorenzo Paladini, Benedetta Pati and Carmen Ines Tarantino return to the audience the verses of Wilma Vedruccio, Vittorio Bodini, Salvatore Toma, Rina Durante, Claudia Ruggeri. And in particular: the tales of Idrusa's youth and passions by Wilma Vedruccio; Vittorio Bodini's nostalgia for her roots; Salvatore Toma's evocative naturalism; Rina Durante's deep melancholy; and Claudia Ruggeri's swirling lexical workshop. Directed by Marcello Sambati.

The project is supported by the Euro-Mediterranean Cultural Heritage Agency as part of the Lecce-Matera 2020 project, in collaboration with Lecce In Scena 2022 of the City of Lecce.
