IL TEATRO DEI LUOGHI FEST/ Metamorphosis - Of mutated forms
It can accommodate only 5 spectators per repetition the theatrical rite Metamorphosis - Of Mutated Forms, staged in Koreja's Ortale for the 16th edition of "Il Teatro dei Luoghi Fest," a summer festival of theater yards. Inspired by Ovid's Metamorphoses, it proposes an intimate and personal immersion in the space of ritual, myth and memory, for each participant. Or even a gateway to another level of reality, between the world of the living and the world of the dead. It is as if rushing into the labyrinth of a personal and archetypal memory at the same time: matter unravels, decomposes, mixes. Everything changes and transforms. The Metamorphoses sung by Ovid are mirrored in the many metamorphoses experienced by each of us, in a continuous movement between death and rebirth. With Alessio Papa, Diana Ferrantini, Fiorella Tommasini, Katia Raguso, Marina Carluccio, Massimo Munaro. Music, dramaturgy and direction by Massimo Munaro.
The theatrical ritual lasts half an hour and is repeated at 8:45 pm, 9:30 pm and 10:15 pm.
