If you have to tell a lie, tell it big

It is a comedy that never gets old "Se devi dire una bugia dilla grossa", written by Ray Cooney, represented for the first time in 1986 directed by Pietro Garinei, workhorse of the "company" Dorelli, Quattrini, Guida.

The play is back on stage at the Politeama Greco in a refreshed and updated version by Iaia Fiastri. The protagonists are Gianluca Ramazzotti and Paola Quattrini, who plays the role of the wife of the Honourable Natalia for the third time. The story is the well-known and quite plausible one of the government minister De Mitri, who would like to have extramarital relations with a female member of the opposition government.

The staging is inspired by the original, a revolving table representing the hotel lobby and the two bedrooms. A theatre of misunderstandings, twists and turns, and fun-filled bickering.
