I promessi sposi/ The Musical

The Italian novel par excellence, "I promessi sposi" (The Betrothed), Manzoni's masterpiece that, outside the classroom, now becomes a modern opera and musical with "I promessi sposi. Questo spettacolo s'ha da fare', with lyrics by Michele Guardì, music by Pippo Flora and direction by Graziano Galatone. On stage, the Atto Terzo company brings back to life the tormented love story of Renzo and Lucia with a cast of twelve performers, twenty-four dancers and important artists of the Italian musical theatre: from Giò di Tonno to Vittorio Matteucci, from Christian Gravina to Noemi Smorra.
