Ci vuole un fiore// Atlas of cities

Propeller planes, bicycles, magic lanterns. Figures from a film that begins and slowly unravels. On the stage of the Agostiniani, "Atlante delle città” (Atlas of cities), by the Tam Teatromusica company with Antonio Panzuto, comes to life, an appointment for the review "Ci vuole un fiore. Famiglie a teatro”, organised as part of the Nuova Biblioteca di Comunità di Lecce OgniBene project by Factory Transadriatica, with the support of the Regione Puglia. The performance by the company from Padua takes its cue from the famous novel "Invisible Cities" by Italo Calvino; from here, everything revolves around a scenic machine, where those cities tucked away in drawers, between doors and hiding places, immersed in water, embroidered in paper, cut out in copper, built of rope and string, hung from thin wires and transported by creaking pulleys, are hidden and gradually revealed.
