Carlo Buccirosso/ The grass is always greener on the other side

The prose season at the Politeama Greco Theatre kicks off with a new show by and starring Carlo Buccirosso, who also signs the direction of "L'erba del vicino è sempre più verde" ('The Grass is Always Greener'). In two acts, for a total of 120 minutes, the story is told of the scrupulous and irreproachable bank teller Marcello Trevisan. For a long time in open marital crisis, he lives a moment of acute depression, dissatisfied with his standard of living, his unrealised ambitions and the attitude of his sister, guilty in his opinion of having contributed to amplifying his insecurities. Constantly searching for new gratifying life experiences, Marcello looks at the world and the people around him like a child eager to try his hand at the attractions of an immense playground. Finding himself subjugated by the neighbour's grass syndrome.
