Always tell him yes/THEATER COMPANY OF LUCA DE FILIPPO

"Always tell him yes" is one of the first texts written by Eduardo, a lively work in which the protagonist Michele Murri is a methodical madman with a mania for perfection. A "real" madman, back in an asylum for a year and only returned to life thanks to the trust of his psychiatrist. Michael is apparently the most normal man in the world, but his madness is subtle, and consists in confusing his desires with the reality that surrounds him. Back home to his sister Teresa, he will come to terms with a world very far from the patterns according to which he was re-educated in an asylum.

Amidst misunderstandings and misunderstandings, the opera, brought to the stage of the Politeama Greco by the Luca De Filippo Theater Company, now directed by Carolina Rosi, is based on the perfect balance between comic and tragic. In the role of Michele Murri is Gianfelice Imparato; Carolina Rosi plays her sister Teresa. The company is directed by Roberto Andò, a director accustomed to moving between cinema and theater, in his first Edwardian experience.
