A NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM/First love

Freely inspired by the Heroids, a collection of epistles composed by the Latin poet Ovid between 25 and 16 BC. approximately, “Per primo amore” is the site specific project of Teatro Koreja set to music by Giorgio Distante. The show features the female figures of Ariadne, Medea, Phyllis, Enone and others, and is an imaginary correspondence between known and lesser known heroines and their husbands, boyfriends or lovers.

A work of desire, passion and sweetness, a journey towards ancient tragedy, on the waves of myth, which fills the spaces of the Castromediano Museum in Lecce on the occasion of "Signs and landscapes of the sacred", second appointment of the review "A night at the museum ".

Before the show, it is possible to take part in the archaeological guided tour for young and old, followed by "The voice of the expert" which answers questions and curiosities. It closes with a collective treasure hunt, waiting for midnight.
