Virtuosity and technique...

An effluvia of notes radiates from the piano in the cloister of the former convent of the Teatini, delighting classical music enthusiasts. They are those of the concert 'Virtuosity and technique... an indissoluble union through time', organised by the Cromatica Cultura e Musica association. The young, but already established, Lecce pianist Valentina Parentera performs in a challenging solo performance, interpreting compositions by Beethoven, Liszt and Debussy. Valentina Parentera studied at the prestigious Accademia di Recanati and Accademia Chigiana in Siena, winning the special 'Rachmaninoff Prize' at the 3rd Dino Ciani International Association Competition. He plays in piano duo formation with Carlo Scorrano and Francesco Libetta, also boasting a solo in the recital series in Dresden.
