Tutti Solo/ Valerio Daniele

Valerio Daniele is a cultured and refined artist. His live show 'Tales from the End of the World' represents an imaginal, a vision, in which past and future are intimately connected. Essence and mutations, memory and intuition are integrated in an evocative, unexpected, sometimes alienating sound fabric. The horizon is suspended over Salento, a symbol of the condition of the entire planet, amidst centuries-old olive trees abandoned to themselves and their sad fate and the still-beating memory of a past time when nature was alive, luxuriant, almost omnipotent. Daniele's sonic journey is similarly suspended, between composition and improvisation, in a continuous and obstinate search for a sound that is other, mutated, equivocal and incongruous, often rough and corrupt, obtained by integrating at a molecular level the sound of the guitar with the synthesis and processes of modular electronics. The sound influences the composition and the composition returns to the sound in an endless germinal circle, in an endless creative loop, which ends up fascinating the listener.
