Nicolò Gambino, aka Nick Gambino, is a one-man band, a craftsman of sound. In his concerts he likes to play guitars, synths, drum machines, atypical instruments such as kalimba or Tibetan bells, enriching their sound with loops, pedals and various electronic effects. A jazz guitarist, multi-instrumentalist and composer from Lecce in his thirties, his repertoire ranges from ambient music to chillout & LoFi. After several singles, in 2021 he released his first album 'Lights from a Window', 12 entirely self-produced tracks, inspired by great artists such as Ludovico Einaudi, Tony Anderson, Harold Budd, Pink Floyd. In the live show "Drones", for the festival curated by Giorgia Santoro, he accompanies his music with projections created by himself, creating soundscapes and video settings that lead the audience to discover new worlds, as in a sort of stimulating and at the same time relaxing yoga for the ears.
