TUTTI SOLO/Ashti Abdo

Singer, multi-instrumentalist musician, Kurdish composer, Ashti Abdo, born in Aleppo and raised in Efrin, met music as a child, in the hills of his village and the stories and songs of the elderly. A passion that led him to sing lullabies to his sister and to learn to play the tembûr, the typical Kurdish instrument. As his musical repertoire has grown, it has refined and expanded along with the number of instruments that today he is confidently embracing on stage. The musician arrives at the Verri Fund for the review by Giorgia Santoro "Tutti Solo" with the concert "Kurdish Ballads".
