Tito Schipa Music Factory/ Rock in opera

The green spaces of the Villa Comunale will host, until September, concerts and other events organised by the 'Tito Schipa' Conservatory of Music, in collaboration with the municipality and the Apulia Region. The third appointment with the "Tito Schipa Music Factory" offers "Rock in opera", an original and unpublished production, where bel canto meets and merges with the rougher sounds of rock and metal. The verve and freshness of talented young musicians totally immerse them in the culture, art and above all the music of their time. On stage, Luca Basile (cello), Giovanni Facecchia (jazz drums), Maria Grazia Carrozzo, Vicenza Greco, Mirella Mangiullo, Fabrizio Morrone, Ramona Perrone (soprano), Riccardo Notarpietro (jazz piano), Domenico Stricchiola (electric guitar) perform songs by Metallica, Nightwish, Within Temptation, Epica, Scorpions, Vision of Atlantis, Muse, Apocalyptica.
