Sounds and suggestions that move along inspirations related to the places of the heart, from Salento to the rest of the world, the sea, and ancestral beauty. On this unravel the 13 previously unreleased tracks, conceived as chapters, of "Il viaggio," the new recording project of cellist and composer Luca Basile, in the cinematic/soundtrack style, which the musician presents in the cloister of the former convent of the Teatini, accompanied by an ensemble of strings, winds and rhythms that meet the most modern electronics. The lineup features, along with Luca Basile on cello, Domenico Rizzo on violin, Domenica Stricchiola on guitars and synths, Luca Greco on drums, Tommaso Reho on piano, Antonio De Pascalis on oboe, Maurizio Borrega on clarinet, Gabriele Adamo on flute, and Antonio Giordano Coronese on French horn. Special guests: Valerio De Rosa on electric guitar and singer-songwriter Dalila Spagnolo.
