The Amazing Adventures of Mr. Fogg

It is literature that becomes music. Emblematic pages such as those Jules Verne wrote with "Around the World in 80 Days" are declined in the concert "The Incredible Adventures of Mr. Fogg," directed by maestro Fabrizio Dorsi, with music and lyrics by Marco Marzi and narrated voice of Salvatore Della Villa. On stage at the Teatini cloister is the Lecce and Salento Symphony Orchestra, which takes the audience around the world on the back of an elephant, to different continents by ship, train and hot air balloon, in the European climate of the great technological innovations of the 9th century. Music becomes a journey between continents and different civilizations thus also representing the great and impervious adventure of the English gentleman Phileas Fogg.
