Teatini in musica/ Frankness

Fulvio Palese on saxophone, Marcello Zappatore on guitar and live electronics, Paolo Colazzo on drums and percussion, with the special participation of Stefano Rielli on double bass. Jazz arrives among the strings of the Teatini cloister with the second event curated by the Camerata musicale salentina. "Frankness," frankness, the title of the trio's concert and album, the result of a live recording made in late 2019, in the very last pre-pandemic period, with the addition of two original pieces recorded later in the studio. The project explores sonic combinations between guitar, saxophone and percussion ranging from Argentinian music to jazz, with several original pieces by Palese and Zappatore.
