Picnic Experience/ Psychedelic Breakfast

It was 1972 when Pink Floyd played in the ruins of Pompeii, an unforgettable concert that has entered rock history. Inspired by this experience, Psychedelic Breakfast bring to the stage of the ancient city Rudiae the repertoire of Pink Floyd's "Live at Pompeii" and other songs from the same years. In "Rudiae as Pompeii," the tribute band of the famous British group takes listeners through the psychedelic sounds and conceptually complex lyrics pioneered in the early 1970s by young Waters, Wright, Mason and Barret before Gilmour. The evening, curated by Mauro Tre and Pio Panarelli, is part of the Picnic Experience program in the Rudiae Archaeological Park where you eat local products from the picnic basket and listen to music while immersing yourself in nature and history. It starts with a guided tour and after the concert the TBA set.
