Piano City Lecce/ Zito - Buono

Between pop and classical, the early evening stage of Piano City Lecce embraces two concerts that differ in genre and interpretation. The piano festival, conceived by Andreas Kern and organised by Icon Radio, brings music to places in the city that have a strong symbolic value, where stories, architecture, meanings, artistic sensibilities, ideas and future plans are concealed. From the squares to the palaces and up to the embrace of the historical buildings, the piano is also the protagonist with the "Educational Artists" section that sees Samy A. Bonavoglia, Lara Roggerone, Emma Fiore, Aurora Petrone and Alberto Paternoster perform in the spaces of the De Amicis school. At 6 p.m. Manuel Zito will sit at the piano and perform pieces of his own composition, while at 7 p.m. it will be Maria Cristina Buono's turn with a classical setlist ranging from Beethoven to Chopin, from Haydn to Mendelssohn.
