"Perfect Techniques. Freestyle battle" makes a stop in Lecce at Officine Cantelmo for the Apulian semi-final of its 17th edition. The declared intent of the event, conceived by Piedmontese DJs Double S aka Mais Appeal and Mastafive, is to promote hip hop culture, avoiding media instrumentalisation. 'Perfect Techniques', named after the song of the same name by GateKeepaz, in which the true potential of a Mc is extolled, represents the most important contest in the history of Italian freestyle (improvisation in rhyme on instrumental bases). Since 2003 Dj Double S and Mastafive, thanks to the precious support of the staff present in each region, have been searching around the peninsula for the best battle Mc. "Perfect Techniques" has churned out freestylers of the calibre of MondoMarcio, Ensi, Clementino, Ira, July B, Emis Killa, Noema, Cane Secco, Kenzie Kenzei, Moreno.
