After delving into the universe of the seven notes, breaking down the barriers of musical genres, interweaving classical and light music, jazz and rock, the desecrating fury of the Osiris Band focuses on the craft of musicianship itself. The show "The Sorrowful Notes. The musician's profession: if you know it you avoid it," staged in the Ortale of Cantieri teatrali Koreja for the 16th edition of "Il Teatro dei Luoghi Fest," takes its cue from the book of the same name, and transforms the written pages into a musical-theatrical journey to the borders of reality. With their signature mimic, instrumental and singing skills, the four protagonists have fun dispensing provocative advice. Through composed and decomposed, chamber and balcony music, Beatles and Vasco Rossi, the Osiris Band sketches an unapologetic portrait of the figure of the musician: cocky, touchy, hapless and rarely loved.
