Histérico Duo/ Trame Sonore

The new edition of the 'Classica d'Estate... & wine', organised by the Camerata Musicale Salentina as part of the 53rd concert season 2022-23, opens with Histérico Duo and the concert 'Trame Sonore'. Live music and a good glass of wine, to be enjoyed together with Michele Paolino on saxophones and Davide Di Ienno on guitar, who make unique some of the best-known compositions by F. Piersanti (Il Commissario Montalbano, suite from the soundtrack), J. Williams (The Tale of Viktor Navorski, suite from the soundtrack of the film 'The Terminal'), E. Morricone (Musiche da Oscar, suite on the master's music) and various authors (Commedia all'Italiana! the best themes written by Piovani, Rustichelli, Tempera and Crivelli). It is an unusual combination of saxophone and guitar, two instruments at the antipodes, one powerful and massive, the other noble and delicate.  A union as unusual as the name chosen by the duo, 'Histérico' like the movement contained in 'Suite No. 1', which composer Raffaele Bellafronte has elaborated for this atypical ensemble.
