Coro Valle della Cupa/ Passio Choir

Recently formed, it is open to all those who nurture a passion for choral music and is composed of elements from different backgrounds. The Valle della Cupa Choir, directed by maestro Biagio Putignano, lands in the elegant spaces of the Madonna della Nova Church with a programme that refers to the upcoming Easter festivities. The concert, 'Passio', includes the Byzantine liturgical song 'Axion Estin'; 'The Seven Words of Jesus on the Cross' by Giuseppe Ramella; 'Ombra mai fu' by Georg Friedrich Handel; 'Stabat Mater' by Pietro Magri.
