"Making each concert a unique experience" is the declared ambition of the pianist Beatrice Rana, director and founder of "Classiche forme", an international chamber music festival in its sixth edition. The festival, promoted by the Opera Prima musical association, unfolds for ten days in the most beautiful views of the city and this year has the theme of "Contrasts", which also gives its name to the inaugural concert in the embrace of the Rectorate cloister. All virtuous contrasts such as bringing classical music into informal contexts, approaching famous artists with emerging artists and, again, drawing on well-known repertoires and beautiful but unknown scores.

The concert has as symmetrical axis Ludwig van Beethoven, of which the Sonata n ° 2 for cello and piano and the 7 Variations for cello and piano on the theme "Bei Männern, welche Liebe fühlen" of the opera "The Magic Flute" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart will be performed. This program is contrasted by the Sonata for violin and piano by Claude Debussy, an ethereal composition, refined and rich in elegant arabesques, and "Contrasti" by Bartok, a trio for clarinet, violin and piano, the only piece written by the Hungarian composer for an instrument breathless. On stage, together with Beatrice Rana at the piano, also Pablo Ferrandez, cello; Liya Petrova, violin; Ludovica Rana, cello; Kevin Spanish, clarinet.
