ClassicheFORME/ Between Schubert and Shostakovich

The SOL is the common point of the lineup scheduled for the appointment of ClassicheFORME in the embrace of the Rectorate cloister. The international chamber music festival sees pianist Beatrice Rana and the Modigliani Quartet on stage, defined as “one of the best quartets in the world”. The concert "Between Schubert and Shostakovich" compares the two composers, apparently distant, but united by the linearity of writing and emotions. The Quartet n. 15 in G major by Schubert (the longest of all with 1577 bars) and the Quintet Op. 57 for piano and strings by Shostakovich.
