Camerata Musicale Salentina/ Odessa Philharmonic Orchestra

It is a typical Viennese New Year's concert, with the most beautiful music by Strauss, Tchaikovsky and Rossini, what the Odessa Philharmonic Orchestra brings to the stage of the Apollo Theatre for the 54th Season of the Camerata Musicale Salentina. The Ukrainian Philharmonic Orchestra, since its foundation in 1937, has interpreted the best European musical tradition and, after the country's independence, was the first to cross the Atlantic Ocean and the Equator, performing in prestigious concert halls such as the Musikverein in Vienna, the Philharmonie in Cologne, the Beethovenhalle in Bonn, the Barbican Hall in London, and the National Auditorium in Madrid. On stage in Lecce it is conducted by the baton of maestro Hobart Earle.
