CAMERATA MUSICALE SALENTINA/Morabeza in teatro - Tosca

Word of Tosca who arrives at the Apollo Theater for the 52nd Concert Season of the Camerata Musicale Salentina with her “Morabeza in teatro”. The gifted and versatile singer, one of the most beautiful, refined and intense voices on the Italian scene, brings to the stage the album that earned her, in 2020, two Targhe Tenco, as best interpreter of songs and as best song with " I loved everything ". Without neglecting pieces from the new repertoire, Tosca leads the public through atmospheres and sounds from elsewhere: from France, Brazil, Portugal, Tunisia and then sweeping notes, again, to North Africa and South America.

Her show is a real bridge that celebrates the intertwining and contamination between peoples, a melting pot of cultures and musical traditions that emerge in a continuous dialogue with the musicians on stage: Giovanna Famulari on cello, piano and voice; Massimo De Lorenzi on guitar; Elisabetta Pasquale on double bass and voice; Luca Scorziello on drums and percussion; Fabia Salvucci on percussion and vocals, conducted by Joe Barbieri.
