Camerata Musicale Salentina/ I Solisti Aquilani

The concert by 'I Solisti Aquilani', guests of the 54th season of the Camerata Musicale Salentina at the Apollo Theatre, plays on the ambivalence between nature, expressed by the notes of Antonio Vivaldi's 'The Four Seasons', and the profound environmental crisis we are experiencing. Vivaldi's masterpiece is reinterpreted with the aim of making people reflect, and the soloists themselves affirm, in fact, that "art can and must have the power to convey a social message, acting as a guide for a growth in awareness". The Solisti Aquilani were founded in 1968 and since then have given over 6,000 concerts all over the world, always paying special attention to their roots. On the Lecce stage they are accompanied by the violin of Daniele Orlando, now the official backing violinist.
