Camerata Musicale Salentina/ Claudia Lucia Lamanna

The 54th season of the Camerata Musicale Salentina opens on the harp strings of Claudia Lucia Lamanna. Winner in 2022 of the 21st International Harp Contest in Israel, the toughest and most prestigious harp competition in the world, Lamanna is a true talent from Puglia (Molfettana) and has collaborated with musicians of the calibre of Corrado Giuffredi, Pierluigi Camicia, Maria Pia Piscitelli, Nicola Hansalik Samale, Pietro Borgonovo, Marco Misciagna, Alfonso Soldano, Evgeny Starodubstev and Fabrizio Dorsi. On the stage of the theatre in Lecce, the harpist, accompanied by the Orchestra Filarmonica Pugliese conducted by Wolfgang Kurz, performs Reinhold Glière's Concerto for harp and orchestra in E flat major op. 74. The evening is rounded off with music by Mendelssohn and Mozart.
