
Aeneas, human hero/ Ballet of the South.

Music and poetry. All in "Aeneas, Human Hero," a performance by Balletto del Sud staged in the cloister of the Teatini that leads the audience through the pages of the Aeneid, from the defeat of Troy to the exodus of the Phrygians. A reading-concert conceived by Andrea Sirianni that on stage brings out all the pietas of the valiant Virgilian hero. Providing a sound carpet for the verses are the harp, flute, cello and percussion instruments of Angela Cosi, Emanuele Cacciatore, Alberto Stefanizzi and Marco Schiavone. The ensemble performs original music composed by the DuniAudiovisual Works of the "Egidio Romualdo Duni" Conservatory of Music in Matera.
